T and K

I spent most of tonight looking through Tara and Kev's wedding photos and finally ordering prints. I had to share some of my favorites here since they are so gorgeous and I didn't blog them in November.

Happy Weekend!

Sorry, no photos today, I'll have more soon, Sunday evening I promise to post some photos from the weekend. I worked a lot this week and didn't take any photos.
Just wanted to wish everyone a happy weekend, and joyous Easter (if you celebrate Easter).
We have a lot going on and I'm looking forward to the weekend.
xoxo,
Lisa

The Jellybean bandit...

Unfortunatley James Ryan inherited my sweet tooth, he loves candy a little too much, and I think some people induldge his cravings a little too often:)

Here he is stealing jelly beans and not sharing...

The Luckiest...

We are having one of those weeks where things are going so well that I’m waiting for something to go wrong. I know I shouldn’t think that way; it’s not productive, so I decided to channel my OCD thoughts in a more positive direction. I started thinking of ways to give back or pay our good fortune forward.

One small thing that I’m doing is donating to a great cause, Habitat for Humanity. My photography services will be auctioned off at the upcoming Women’s Build Gala and Silent Auction. I’m really excited to be a part of the cause!

I’ll be thinking of other ways to give back…any ideas? Leave a comment!

If you’re wondering about our good news, here’s one thing that I am particularly proud of - Jim is going to be published!

He has been working on a paper detailing the results of his research on injuries in pitchers. He received word this week that his work will be published in the American Journal of Sports Medicine!

Our other big news….I can’t spill all of the details yet, but here’s a big hint, I bought this book last night because I think we’ll need it:)

Also, if you know anyone who may be interested in renting a lovely 2BR/2BA condo with a loft and a community pool in Deptford NJ, let me know.

{Sweet} 6 months!

Introducing little miss Kiley....

Isn't she so sweet? I LOVE photographing babies that are 6-7 months, they are so adorable and expressive and they can't crawl or run away!

Kiley's Daddy and I go way back, we went through 9 years of Catholic school together! When we were in second grade, all of the girls had a crush on Kiley's Dad, we (yes me included) used to ride our bikes to his house and hang around waiting for him to come outside (yes, I was/am a complete dork). Anyway, I think miss K will follow in her Daddy's footsteps, all of the boys at school will be crushing on her:)

Also, Jim and I have exciting news....I don't want to share it here just yet because it's not 100% official and I don't want to jinx us:) Sorry to keep you in suspense, I'll share soon though!

Our Monday

James Ryan and I were out and about today running errands and taking photos. I put his Easter on him for some photos. He was originally wearing his adorable Easter pants, however, he decided ot wear them in the bathtub {which I forgot to drain} before we made it out:( So all of you will have to wait until Easter to see the pants.

I have to say that with James Ryan, my vision and the actual photo always look completely different. For example, I envisioned this photo where James Ryan would sit on the suitcase and hold the balloons. Silly, silly me:)

Footloose?

I'm enjoying the eye contact here, however, I'm not sure about the hat...I think it's too small. I love the 'No Trespassing Sign,' and don't worry we weren't trespassing, we spoke to the owner about taking a few photos on the property.

One more...

Hope you're all having a fabulous week, I went to the DMV today (so fun with a toddler:) and I have jury duty tomorrow I'm hoping
my week will be on the up-swing after tomorrow.

I love these three!
